Mo is a certified Nutritionist, an experienced Exercise Specialist and Advanced Clinical Sports Therapist. He is the founder of Transition Sports Injury Clinic (based in Southport) and is the co-director of My Performance Coach. With his passion, knowledge and experience in a range of specialist areas, we are fortunate to have Mo as key component of the teaching team at Sporting Therapy Training.
Having graduated from the University of Central Lancashire with a degree in Exercise, Nutrition & Health in 2007, Mo immediately established Transition Sports Injury Clinic - one of the most successful Personal Training & Injury Treatment facilities in the North West, specialising in the prescription of multi-dimensional nutrition, training and rehabilitation programmes. More recently, Mo has achieved his MSc in Exercise & Nutrition Science from University of Chester and he continues to undertake active research roles within this field of study.
A keen fitness enthusiast, Mo is a talented endurance runner and experienced mountaineer. He has competed in marathons around the world and led successful expeditions up some of the highest peaks in the Alps, North Africa and North America. In 2015 he completed the ‘Toughest Footrace on Earth’... the gruelling Marathon Des Sables.
