Strength & Conditioning (S&C) is used by professional sportsmen and women across the UK to enhance their sporting performance. In this new workshop you will learn the foundations of S&C and develop a range of techniques designed to help develop elements such as power, strength, speed and agility. The workshop is designed specifically for manual therapists and is presented with a bias towards integrating S&C training methods alongside existing rehabilitative exercise interventions.
